When the fae came out, they needed someone to be their face in the Tri-Cities. He’s the spokes person for the fae, and is quite the charmer. He’s not a very powerful fae, but all sides tend to listen to him. Because he’s representing the largest reservation in the Nation, he takes his job very seriously.

Head of her family at only 26, she is not a woman you want to cross. She currently is working as a police officer and a P.I. for anyone who can afford her. Her father and brother were both murdered when she was eighteen by angry vampires, and now she’s out for blood herself.

Forum Genre: Historical: action, swashbuckling adventure, warfare.
Short forum description: An original pirate-centered swashbuckling adventure, set in 1719, in the West Indies. The sea is boiling in the war, leading the colonies at each other’s throats, while the pirates and privateers are on the prowl. The allied French and British Navy ships are trying to stop piracy.
The immediately upcoming plots the privateers are needed for include hunting the pirate ship, but also an attack on the Spanish Golden Fleet of the Indies… A conspiracy involving as many people as possible will follow later – maybe some of the privateers would be involved. We hope you love drama, action and romance, because that’s what we have to offer here. Being a part of our crews will give you the opportunity to get involved in sea battles, duels, political intrigues and all kind of adventures. The plot will further develop according to your wishes, as, besides the general plot/ laying, there are several player-driven side ones. Your characters will have crewmates, finding among them friends or enemies, and plots to enter in immediately. The pirates and the Spaniards are the enemy, and we have many stories still left to be told…
Character Search:
The privateer ship “Twilight Shark” needs:
- a sailing master – between 25-40 years in age, having attended school (Maths knowledge necessary for this task) and having had experience on a Navy or Merchant ship as a master’s mate, then sailing master. A commoner from a middle to well to do family, who had the possibility to give him an education, then sent him to sea to complete this education. Not rich enough to be able to buy him a lieutenant’s commission. Might have a problem with the law (any rebels in family? Irish origin?) not allowing him to offer his services to the Navy.
- a doctor – between 30-50 years in age, maybe with a problem like alcoholism or a great loss that left him bitter and not quite the man and doctor he is used to be… basically damaged goods that come cheap. The privateers can’t afford a top-notch physician at the moment. The crew is extremely mixed and it might be possible, that he does not exactly likes the company, but money is money…
- sailors - several, between the ages of 14 and 50, all volunteers. Most of them would hate the Navy authority (but not willing to turn pirates either), would run from something in their past or simply want the alleged Spanish gold, given that privateers fight exclusively Spaniards and pirates. It would be interesting if one of them would be racist/ prejudiced and having to overcome his prejudice, given that the captain is Oriental and at least one of the crewmen is black. For common sailors, some black or having Native American blood would be welcome too. Including one of possible French origin, since they had recruited in Port de Paix too.
Some of the sailors, in this environment, might promote, in time, to warrant officers.
Additional Information/Notes:
The requirements are simple - people who can write in English (not all our players are native English speakers, but they can write in English) and who can post at least once a week for each character/ thread. Sharpen your blades, load your guns, drain the last sip of rhum and rise to swashbuckling adventure, spending some time with us “BEFORE THE MAST”, on the ship of your choice! Fight for your King and country, enforce the law and get rid of the pirate scourge!

Once Upon a Time needs you!
Once Upon a Time is a brand new RPG based on ABC’s hit series, Once Upon a Time! We have great characters and great stories already forming but what we need is YOU! Yes, you, we need you!
Here’s some details on some characters that are wanted for some great subplots!
The first character up for grabs is Scarlett Devereux’s biological father; name and PB is up to you! Scarlett was born to couple Jacques and Candice, except, Scar was the product of an affair. Her mother, Candice, and her husband Jacques divorce was final when Scar was just three months old, which means that they seperated while Candice was pregnant. Because Jacques wasn’t Scar’s father, she never knew him, and her biological father wanted nothing to do with her.
Scarlett and her mother moved to Stonebrook when she was a young girl, and Scarlett lived grew up with her grandmother after her mother bailed for places and reasons unknown to Scarlett. The only solid person scar had in her life was her grandmother who did everything she could to make the young girl feel like she was loved and wanted.
Her world was rocked upside down when her grandmother passed away after a long battle with cancer while Scarlett was out getting supplies. Scarlett was so distraught after losing the one person she grew to trust that it sent her into a downward spiral. Enter in her real father, who searched her out, (this is unknown to scarlett), and disguised himself as a lowly hunter who needed help. Scarlett taking the gentleman in, again, for reasons unknown to her, felt compelled to tell him everything, and he helped her come through her depression.
Now the plot I have in mind is for this guy to come back into her life, maybe have some sort of hit and miss meetings, before they actually meet. I’m sure the initial reaction to having her father come around after all this time will be both shocked and anger, but I would like to see something come of it, and a relationship build. I’m open for twists and turns so if this is something that interests you, let me know! The only thing I ask is the PB is old enough so he could realistically look like a father.
The next character is for JONATHAN PARKER, who is looking for information on his birth parents. Growing up, Jonathan always felt there was something off about himself and his parents. Said feeling never went away so he took it upon himself to do a little research to find out. Unsure of what said investigation was going to uncover, imagine the shock that Jonathan held when he came across an old book that held a clue. This led him to obtaining a job at the antique shop.
The owner of the antique shop is who I am looking for here. I would like to see the owner be a member of one of these groups: VILLAIN, NEUTRAL, or other. I would prefer VILLAIN but am cool with any of the aforementioned. Why these groups in particular? Well because I want Jonathan’s character to be tested. The idea I have is that Jonathan’s parent’s weren’t exactly on the up and up which is why they gave him up in the first place. I would like to see that the antique shop owner knew his parents, and kinda sorta blackmails Jonathan into doing his bidding for him in order to keep his job or something. This will test Jonathan’s loyalty and I think force him to either abandon his search OR continue on, consequences be damned. Name and PB are up to you.

A few requests from the Island of Misfit Toys
I play Andromeda at age 16 in both the Marauders era and the era clash rps. Actually, I’m quite versatile with her age, but 16 is the main age I’d probably rp her at.
So, if you’ve read Harry Potter, you know the story of Andromeda going against her family to marry Muggleborn Ted Tonks. As Andromeda already has her sisters here (thanks Mia and Alicia!) I thought it was only right that she have her man here as well. I picture him to be around Andromeda’s age (so 15 to 17 for the purposes of the rp would be GREAT). Also of note - My Andromeda dons a disguise whenever she goes to see him so that she’s not caught by her sisters. She becomes ‘Cassie White’, a blonde Gryffindor, and not only does she wear a wig and Quidditch robes but she tries to go all out, altering her facial features and eye color and everything. Ted is likely to be one of the few, if not the only person who knows that Andromeda Black and Cassie White are the same person.
